Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 2026

Who we are

Dateeze is a GDPR compliance tool for indie SaaS founders. The data controller for this site is Dateeze. If you have any questions about this policy, email privacy@dateeze.com.

What we collect and why

We only collect what we need:

  • Waitlist email address — When you join the early access list, we store your email address to notify you when Dateeze launches and send you product updates. Legal basis: legitimate interest (pre-contractual communication). You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • Usage data — If you use the interactive demo, no data is stored. The demo runs entirely in your browser.

How long we keep your data

Waitlist email addresses are kept until Dateeze launches and you have had the opportunity to create an account or unsubscribe. If Dateeze does not launch, we will delete all waitlist data within 12 months of this policy's last update.

Who we share data with

We use the following processors to run this service:

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers.

Your rights under GDPR

As an EU/EEA resident, you have the right to:

  • Access the data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Object to processing
  • Withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent)

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@dateeze.com. We will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch DPA: autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl ↗

Cookies

The Dateeze marketing site uses no tracking or analytics cookies. The only storage used is your browser's local storage to remember your dark/light mode preference. No third-party scripts are loaded on this site.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will update the “last updated” date at the top and notify waitlist members by email if the changes affect how we use their data.
